Get in touch with our friendly team - we won't apply sales-pressure and we're happy to help with general enquiries. We'll help work out the best plan for you and your energy needs.
Site visit and face-to-face meeting
We’re a local SA business, so we like to meet our clients, do a site visit and ensure you’re getting the best advice and value.
Quote
and design
We prepare a detailed written quote and design with all the information up front including STC Rebates. Our team will contact you to talk it through and make modifications.
Job acceptance and booking
When you're ready to go ahead, our team will book in your installation at the next available suitable date. We'll also get started on the leg-work to cover all Network Approvals and STC Rebates.
Installation
Your system will be installed by the in-house Heaps Good Team. We prioritise good communication and ensure we follow installation with a tutorial of the system and monitoring app.
After sales service
We check-in with you the week after installation to ensure everything is running smoothly and remain available for questions and further enquiries.
Maintenance and follow-up
System maintenance, add-on batteries, additional solar and other electrical needs are all part of the Heaps Good service.
